Software Engineering Manager – Large Team, Agile, Process Control or Communications experience preferred (Norcross, GA)
Requirements:
Location: Norcross, GA. Solid Relocation support is available.
Compensation: Compensation depends on experience, but most qualified candidates will be in the $125,000 – 175,000 USD/yr. range.
- 10+ years software engineering experience with strong software development process experience (Agile, Q/A, Build automation, etc.) with experience managing a larger, diverse multi-project software team (15-40 staff). Sr Manager or Director level candidates are encouraged to apply (compensation depends on experience).
- Some experience in one of the following of the following diverse areas: process control or factory automation (SCADA), communications / network management (NMS/EMS), web development, embedded systems
- Strong personnel management, recruiting, and teambuilding experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience in developing CMMI Level 3 teams and the Atlassian tool set
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s Degree preferred.
- US Citizenship Required; Secret Clearance is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10%
