FUNCTION: Be a technical lead / senior engineer for a firm developing advanced hardware based digital video over IP technology for high security, high performance real-time video services and video archive. Our client is known for producing innovative and extremely high-performance and optimized video over IP technology based in advanced hardware. Our client is well established and rapidly growing, with a global operation.
PROFILE: Most likely candidates will have PhD in EE -- and and 5 or more years of experience in video and image processing – including advanced hardware-based development using Xilinx or similar tools. Candidates from mid-level to senior are encouraged to apply.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have done advanced work leveraging the following technologies: JPEG, MPEG, XILINX, FPGA, H.264, VHDL, image processing, signal processing, DSP, noise filtering, color correction, VERILOG, video or image processing algorithms, hardware implementation of image and video processing algorithms. Nice to have experience areas are: familiarity with embedded / microprocessor programming, Megapixel IP, IP protocols, Video over IP.
