Job Description
- Develop a project plan for a remedy migration to 7.5+ with Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Change Mgmt, CMDB, and user/foundation data deployed.
- Analyze current customer support systems and customizations against ITIL best practices.
- Ensure proper design that will support of multiple system integrations include email, web services, and other source system integrations such as HR(people data), custom process/scripts and monitoring tools
Required Skill Set
- Experience with Atrium integration engine, email engine, and web services to assist with integrations
- Strong knowledge of the ITSM suite preferably 7.5 or 7.6 but at minimum 7.1 including Service Desk, SLM, Change Management, and core foundation data.
- Strong customer focus skills to work with users on issues and questions of the tool
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Experience in building and implementing templates (IM, PM, AOTs, etc)
- Experience with building a global customer support system
- Experience with Red Hat Linux and Oracle and high-availability environments
