NMS/EMS Software Engineers with Tivoli (Multiple Locations)
Overview: Our client is seeking NMS (Network Management System) and EMS (Element Management System) engineers of varying seniority. These roles invoice full software lifecycle, including designing and building software components, software packaging and build automation, release management, documentation, integration and delivery.
Requirements:
Location: Multiple positions in multiple locations, including Phoenix, San Diego CA , Gaithersburg, MD. Relocation support is available. Some positions also exist for candidates working from home with travel.
Compensation: Compensation depends on experience but most qualified candidates will currently be in the $80,000 - 140,000 range.

Requirements:
- Tivoli / Omnibus / Netcool experience is preferred, but our client will also consider similar experience in another NMS/EMS system (Openview, Open NMS, Nagios, Concord). NMS/EMS system experiences is required.
- 2+ years development experience with IBM Tivoli NMS suite is preferred, specifically in Fault Management (OMNIbus, ITMN), Performance Management (TNPM, TCR), Configuration Management (ITNCM, TIP).
- Development experience with several of the following: client/server Java, XML, Oracle, web services (RESTfil/SOAP), Javascript, SNMPv3 (agents and clients), networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, LDAP).
- Expertise in Object Oriented software design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- US Citizenship or US Permanent residency required.
