Developed processes with Finance, Legal, and Executives to support rapid scaling and minimize paperwork delays.
- Negotiated over 10 new offshoring vendor MSAs worldwide (LATAM, EU, Africa) that leveraged unique specified margin / cost-plus agreements and volume rate tables, resulting in far lower costs, better retention, and increased recruiting speed.
- Leveraged over 10 existing vendor MSAs and then negotiated specialized terms, pricing, and reduced conversion costs at the SOW level, resulting in significant additional savings.
- Expert on USA and international contract rates for different geographies worldwide. Set pricing targets and negotiated each hire for reduced costs.
- Negotiated conversion-to-perm deals that allowed increasing the FTE headcount significantly at low cost to support crucial Talent Acquisition (TA) FTE hiring needs, converting / hiring over 100 additional FTE engineers in a 12-month period, both USA and internationally. Partnered with Talent Acquisition (TA) to allocate roles and use contractors and conversions to fill FTE roles, dramatically increasing TA hiring capacity.
- Implemented an annual contractor rate review and performance assessment process worldwide to better identify and retain key performers in engineering, Product, and PMO.
- Renegotiated contracts and vendor pricing at key points, resulting in millions of dollars of savings.
