Global Sales Leader—SVP / EVP / Chief Revenue Officer level for Media / OTT / IPTV SAAS Business

Our client: is a fast-growing media technology (OTT / IPTV / SAAS) company backed by a top Global 100 firm and serving customers in the media and entertainment, cable/telcom, and corporate segments globally. 
 
We seek:  A motivated and exceptional executive currently at the Chief Revenue Officer, EVP, or SVP level to drive our growth and revenue globally (Americas, Europe, and Asia).   The qualified candidate should be a sales strategist, a master closer, and capable of leading and driving and organization through an exceptional growth phase.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and drive scalable and sustainable revenue generation and continuous growth in a variety of market segments (media / entertainment, telecommunications, and corporate) globally.
  • Organize, develop and drive a world-class sales organization serving multiple global regions in multiple verticals, leveraging direct sales, inside sales, dealers / resellers, and strategic partners. 
  • Optimize the sales, marketing, and revenue strategy, the customer delivery strategy, and the sales support organization through various phases of exceptional growth in order to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build, grow, and lead a sales team capable of delivering on our very aggressive growth objectives servicing multiple verticals worldwide.
 
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Must have experience selling software or SAAS products in media and entertainment (studios / networks / broadcasters) and at least one other vertical: telecommunications, corporate video, security, video-conference, etc.
  • Must have streaming video or SAAS media software technology experience.
  • Must have successfully led a sales organization through aggressive growth phases  - producing exceptional results and growing revenue 5X, 10X or more..
  • Experience and expertise growing a worldwide sales organization and managing / motivating multiple sales channels (outside, inside, VAR’s, partners) and developing and optimizing the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional skills building and coaching sales teams, structuring sales organizations, developing sales strategy, optimizing analytics / KPI’s, and overseeing execution during rapid growth.
  • Of course – amazing closing skills, communications skills, honesty, persistence, leadership, and an ability to work well with stake holders in / out of the organization.
 
Location: Where you currently live with travel.  We love candidates located in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, or London, or where you currently are with travel.
 
Compensation: This is a top executive role in a fast growing firm.  Pay is a combination of salary and commission, benefits are exceptional, and compensation depends on your past experience and qualifications.  We seek a very senior candidate, therefore, most qualified candidates will currently be earning 300-600k (or more or less) depending on where they are currently employed.
