Digital Video Customer Program/Project Manager (Toronto, Canada) – Contract
We seek: A senior project management professional with software lifecycle and digital video industry experience. This role is to initially work on a 6-12 month (or longer) program.

Compensation: Temporary / Contract-role position. Candidates currently earning between $100,000 – $160,000 CDN/yr. per year are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Senior project management experience, including:
- managing multiple vendors simultaneously
- Large IT project management
- Agile and Software development lifecycle
- Build and release management
- Experience developing and managing multi-vendor systems integration programs to schedule and managing delivery to major CATV or telco customers.
- Industry experience areas (some or all):
- IPTV Middleware deployment such as OpenTV/Nagra, Mediaroom, Liberate, OCAP, etc.
- Multiscreen and 2nd screen and video/mobile
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- VOD, SCF and/or Origin server experience
- CDN optimization, DRM, and VOD catalogue management
- Experience with video and audio encoders and MPEG compression algorithms.
- CVAS Backend
- Access Management, provision and configuration
- Access management and device management
- Project Management certification is preferred (PMP or PgMP) or equivalent experience
- BS in engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
